I was there, I wouldn't deny it, the honor rained on Mr. Nathan is the exact type of honor I would pray for

His name was called, even before everybody was asked to honor him with a standing ovation, to my amazement, everyone was already on their feet honoring the man who steps out to address thousands of Nigerians that came to for the youth empowerment program

For a moment, I was beginning to lose my mind, thinking this man must be a president

I was there thinking while seated, what could have made this man be honored this much? I haven't settled down on my thoughts when I heard him saying if you pray for this kind of honor and all my successes, ask for my story

That statement was indeed a bombshell, he made everyone seated speechless

I was once in your stage, desiring to have the best of all things

I worked like a jackal to get to where I am today

He said, behind the shining stars of today, there have been several years of pains, rejections, and difficulties

I didn't get here by magic

It didn't take me eternity to realize, I needed to stretch beyond the limit

I knew the stretching wouldn't be easy, not like bread and butter

You see, the stars expressing their beauties on the surface of the sky would never forget their dark moments

The beauty of every single star on the sky wouldn't have been made known or appreciated by the world without the darkened surface of the sky
