Hold your ground!

Who told you the journey of faith will be smooth all the way?

Who told you, you won't sometimes go to bed with tears on your eyes, to see you through the night?

Who told you, you won't sometimes have a heavy heart?

Who told you, you won't sometimes be disappointed by the world for serving Christ?

Who told you, your friends won't leave you when you need them the most?

Who told you, this journey of faith won't be damn rugged and demanding?

Who told you, your faith, won't sometimes be shaking on the platform of failure and disappointment?

Who told you, you won't be choked by the world, to throw away your salvation?

The reality of Christian's race is that we will even be tempted than any other person

Scripturally stated, in the world, we shall face tribulations, but we should cheer up because he has defeated the world

So, tribulations like disappointments, failure and so on are parts of our Christian experiences

Your salvational experiences will be tested with fire

On this rugged journey, nothing counts but Jesus

You could be left or disappointed by all and sundry

It will be tasking and demanding

The joy is, the comforter is very much here with you

So, calm down your spirit

Even though you don't understand, don't be afraid

Your answers are on the way

Hold your ground!

Even when your sky runs of stars, hold your ground

Even when you are pushed to the wall to give away your salvation, hold your ground!

Even when everything disappears before your very eyes, still hold your ground

Don't be tempted by the prosperities of this world, your moment will come

Hold your ground

Don't push out your salvation, in an exchange for the pleasurable things of this world, that are temporary

The glory of the latter shall surpass the former

Hold firm, hold your ground, renew your faith with God's words

Your moment is on the way...

The story of your testimonies will fly across the nations

If you just hold your ground

You are chosen for uncommon wonders

Hold your ground, wait for him!
