Beyond Skyline
Father to a child, I am elucidated by your words—those were the words I uttered in the altar...
Before the prayer of thanksgiving, my mind was invaded with so much confusion and that of course led me to the altar
I nearly cried my eyes out, tears and pain were swinging styles on my nerves and I did fail woefully while trying to put things on track
I rushed to the altar like a helpless orphan, yearning for help from the Almighty...
Oh my bad! My name is Tunde, I grew up under the ministry of thorns & weeds & indeed all fingers are truly not equal, because I remember some years back when I followed Grandpa to a city called Lagos, my eyes were made to capture gigantic vehicles & other fascinating structures that couldn't be found in our village
Oh, what story could capture the ugly guck of my childhood? Ok, let me settle for...
“A faint future”, permit me to settle for that...
In our village, even though there wasn't a notable trace of social amenities that could be accessed by all but with the help of uncle Frank and My knowledge-driven Grand Pa, I had what I would call a nutritious educational meal — please pardon me to sound in such a way
I was painstakingly and single-handedly taught by him. It was said that “a soul that is not informed is undoubtedly deformed”
I could brag about this— I was trained how to calculate manually without needing a calculator, unlike this present generation, maybe the bane of their problems could be traced to the sporadic increase of technology...
It is crystal clear, we are in a world, where machines have taken over the labor forces and have resulted in unemployment...
The parameters of my victory were truly sponsored by transparent difficulties and that could have halted me to see beyond the skyline
I could have settled for less like others...
I could have settled for the dictates of other birds but I chose to be an eagle...
While others were aligning their demands to the conformity of the village , no I wasn't!
I wasn't , even though it looks impossible to believe
For Abraham to believe the promises of God, God had to make him see the stars dazzling in the sky
“Until your mentality changes, nothing about you, will change”
“Until your mind believes, miracles can not flow”
“The flow of God's miracles is not subjected to a place, skin, tribe but it's subjected to your personality”
“You can't see only the earth and takes the earth ,you've got to see beyond the skyline”
“The picture in your heart attracts or distract your future”
“Whatever you think you are, that is what you would eventually become”—it is a matter of time
“What you keep doing is what you will become” and of course you will agree with me, all you do flows from the heart”
“You are what you do”
“The sum-up of our daily activities is the birth of our destiny”
“You can't be running another man's race and become yours— you will become the shadow of your own destiny”
What do you do every day?
So, it's just a matter of time, I am taking over, eyes have not seen…
“The place where lives are either transformed or deformed is traced to the doorstep of the mind”
Seeing beyond the skyline is to see what is unseen, to believe what seems impossible...
“Too much reliance on physicality will deny you the access of unlocking supernatural breakthrough” because your decisions are merely tailored on what you see
“You can't always win when all your resources are majorly channeled and propelled towards fighting physical battles”
“The output of physical victories was sponsored & endorsed from the realm of the spirit”
“You can't see beyond the skyline, if you are not spiritual”, you might think, I tell you, you are only playing a mind-game and it won't last
You can't keep downloading the content of the world inside of you and God's words are excluded...
“It will be hard to unlock a security door when you don't know its password”
The valid password to the spiritual realm is God's words —let us be filled with it and I see God helping us
May we not be fed for destruction
