Childhood Memory
Kites chucking around the sky with our bathroom slippers wrongly placed on our feet. The left one goes to the right & the right goes to the left...
Wide rubber pants jingling on our bottoms, even sometimes we ran through the wet surface of the ground while the thunder was playing us its fearful melody
Were we scared ? Never!
Can I forget those moments we gathered to tell late night stories...
Those stories where the belittled but wise Tortoise smartly married The beautiful daughter of the King...
Another story, we chewed in our mouths;the smart tortoise and the greedy dog
Can I forget those interesting stories NTA also brought to our views in the night?. Stories like Super Stories ,Efunshetan Aniwura,Toluwanile and the likes of them..
How can I forget how Mom used to dish my favorite food ,carefully packed inside my Daso Rano bag and rocked the school with my Kito Sandal.
Or the memory of how Dad's vehicle used to convey us to school with out stress.
Quite an indelible memory! Then it seemed like Love letter was the only means of telling our minds to our school lovers
Oh gosh! I detest this part ,the part where Uncle Solomon who pretentiously acted as Father Xmas in our school. We thought he truly hailed from Rome ,it took us years to discover the true white lie...
We were happy fools running innocently on the ground laced with thorns ...
How Daddy and Mom paid our school fee was never our burden. Life seems perfect for me when I was younger ... The life profile of a little boy with no responsibility
